Be Yourself Day

Hey people,

It has been a long time since there are any updates here.

The last happening event in WDP in which SCs dabbled in was actually Be Yourself Day (part of Racial Harmony Day). All of us got to dress up in various costumes that reflected our unique heritage and culture.

It was also the 1st time that our P4 SCs took charge of an event by themselves. They came up with the publicity posters, helped to set up the stall, had a stall selling popcorn and candy floss, and went around the school to collect donation, all in the name of raising funds for The President's Challenge.

Adopt-A-Tile

Today was the first day that the students can "Adopt-A-Tile". Look at how engrossed the students were in painting their tiles and how fantastic their work are!!

Thanks to the SC members who came down to help out. You were all a great help! Thanks! :)

Teachers' Day Dedication Project

Dear SCs,

The Publications Committee is running the Teachers' Day Dedications Project for the 2nd consecutive year.

This year, we are going to do things slightly different, instead of setting up a booth outside the Council Room, we are going CYBER!!! :)

The dedications will come in via the blog which I have just created specially for Teachers' Day Dedication Project.
